one of the better liquor stores in terms of selection as well as lack of sketchy activity and nice interior, always had staff be very friendly and reasonable to me, and prices are good. wonder if other reviews skew poorly because you only think to write a review if somethng weird happens. Or they're just underage. Great weed selection too; the pens and edibles are higher quality and less sketchy and often cheaper than several smoke shops around town
Open until 11:30 tonight (Friday) and still friendly at 10:30. Good prices, awesome beer selection.
I've never had anything less than stellar service at this Windmill location! The staff are nice and helpful! For a while they were running a special where you bought a reusable wine bottle carrier (machine washable and held 6 wine bottles or other bottles) for $5.00, and you got a discount (maybe 20 percent off) on future wine purchases. I don't know if they still have that offer. The store itself is older and it's not the easiest to get in and out of the parking lot. The parking lot itself is rutted. It's next door to a Pep Boys where I have bought tires in the past, and if you use their side street, Ivory Place you can avoid the traffic light at Madison Blvd./Hwy. 20 and Sullivan and you will end up on Madison Blvd.,/Hwy. 20 east bound.
